Portland CRE investors continue buying streak — outside the Rose City
A few years ago, Matt Felton, president of Portland real estate investment firm Felton Properties, told the Business Journal that if the company couldn’t find the deals it wanted in Portland, it would look elsewhere.
“It all goes back to buying intrinsically,” Felton had said. “If we can’t find it in Portland, we’ll go to Denver and if we can’t find it in Denver, we’ll go to Salt Lake City.”
