Plymouth office building sells for $23M
An Oregon-based investor has paid $23.2 million to buy a 245,000-square-foot office building in Plymouth. Portland-based Felton Properties Inc. bought the single-story Berkshire Corporate Center at 2300 Berkshire Lane N from St. Louis Park-based The Excelsior Group, Felton Properties CEO Matthew Felton said.
